Shipping and Returns
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit Card payments are handled through our secure server. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, please call us +61 3 9562 0033 to place your order. You can also pay securely through PayPal.
All orders are shipped from our head office in Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post regular mail. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of being received.
We offer the following shipping fees:
- Flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders under $150.
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $150.
- Flat rate of $35 for New Zealand orders.
- Flat rate of $62 for United States orders.
- Flat rate of $68 for UK and Germany.
International orders may be subject to local customs duty and taxes.
If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. All orders are sent uninsured.
Texyarns International Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages that do not arrive.
Please call or email us for the cost to insure your order.
All patterns are a digital download. If you have selected an item available for download a link will be sent to you once payment has been made. In the case that the item is free the link will be available once you have submitted the necessary contact details on the checkout page.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST calculated at 10%.
Every effort is made to present the yarn colours accurately, however, as yarn is dyed in lots and each computer monitors render colour differently, variations may occur.
The ply information provided on this website is a guide only.
For accurate results we recommend knitting a tension square for each yarn/ pattern and following the instructions carefully.
Your tension square must match the information stated on the knitting pattern.
Texyarns International Pty Ltd, cannot be held responsible for individual variations in work, human error or incorrect tension.
Yarn may be returned for an online credit within 7 days of delivery. It must be in it’s original condition with the ball band in tact and with the original receipt.
To return an item please contact sales@texyarns.com with your order number, and return request. We will then issue you a Returns Number. No refunds will apply without a Returns Number.
Texyarns International Pty Ltd, will issue you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on the package.
Items returned without a Returns Number will not be accepted.
A store credit will be issued when your return is received.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Patterns, books and sale items can not be returned.
If an item is faulty we will replace it and accept the postage charge.
